Clean Label

At Reitzel, we initiated the clean label effort much earlier. We developed innovative solutions and strategies to make use of natural antioxidants to retain the freshness of pickles instead of synthetic ingredients and preservatives.

Though the fear of synthetic food ingredients with chemically sounding names is justifiable, many food manufacturers are reformulating the foods to clean up their labels as the consumers are tending to buy products that contains ingredients they recognise and trust.


Reitzel too has devoted itself on this stream and we are implementing the strategies to eliminate and to reduce the use of synthetic ingredients in the pickles we are manufacturing as well as developing.​
